General Admission Policy (2021-22)

• Eligibility Child should have completed 3 years as on 31/07/2021 and should not have completed 4 years by 31/07/2021. The child should have been born between 01/08/2017 and 31/07/2018.
• Online registration for LKG admission opens on 16/02/2021. Parents can apply from 06.00 am. to 10.00 pm on the date.
• LKG applications shall only be made through internet. (online applications)
• The Vidyalaya will not issue blank applications or accept filled up physical applications.
• Only one application is to be submitted per child. If more than one application is submitted for the same child, all the applications of the child will be rejected.
• No fee shall be charged for applying online.
• LKG Admissions shall be made as a back end process of the applications.
• Selected applicants can individually know the results on the specified date in www.vesonline.org.
• If any applicant fails the verifications, the admission offer is deemed withdrawn.
• Each online application is acknowledged through a system generated and serially numbered online acknowledgement.
• The acknowledgement shall be printed by the applicant any time after online application by mentioning the application number and password generated while submitting the application. Absence of acknowledgement shall not invalidate an application entry.
• All selected applications shall be subjected to verification of age and address before offering admission.
• Applications can be downloaded from the system, using application retrieval page.
• Birth Certificate, Community Certificate (Other than OC), Address Proof to be scanned and attached along with online application for verification and record. Aadhar Card number for the child should be provided.
• Non submittal of any of the above certificates/details entered not matching with the details in the certificates, results in rejection of application.
